春姑娘迈着轻盈的脚步来到了人间。春姑娘来到草地时，嫩绿的小草从泥土中钻出小脑袋，像是给大地妈妈穿上了一件绿色的新装。柳树的枝条绿了，变软了，像是一位害羞的小姑娘在梳理着自己又细又长的头发。

春姑娘来到田野，田野里有很多绿油油的麦子，就像是绿色的地毯，迎着人们走向希望。田野里的花开得艳丽，一个个不甘示弱，它们争奇斗艳，红似火、粉如霞、白如雪、黄如金，美丽极了。

Spring arrives, the yellow-and-white grass starts to grow slowly, and wildflowers begin to bloom. Birds and cows in spring break off their hooves into fields, while chickens in early spring lay eggs that are ready for hatching during spring when the weather is warm. The children from school are all talking about spring, which they all know how to say, but it's fun.

There was a girl at her school—she was very curious, and she brought her ideas to class. She thought of the changes in the world as people age. She also wanted to talk with others who might have different opinions or experiences about life. But when she tried to explain what they thought, some children were confused and didn't know how to respond.

She felt sorry for herself and decided that if she did more reading, writing, listening to music, and watching the TV, maybe she would be able to make up her mind and get along with other people. She wrote a book about it and wanted others to read it too. She gave her book a title, like "Reading, Writing, Listening, Watching." She made sure that she had a nice book cover that would stand out in the school library. She also packed her lunch, which included some sandwiches from her family. When school started, students were all excited about reading books they could understand. Mrs. Thompson read her story aloud to everyone and then asked them how they felt about it.

She said, "If I can get this book done early, that might help me think better." She made sure to keep track of when each chapter was due so she wasn't late in submitting any one part of the work.
